You will serve as a trusted advisor to technology leaders responsible for building world-class software products and platforms used around the globe. You will help shape organization strategy, accelerate leadership effectiveness, design high-performing teams, and ensure the talent needed to deliver ambitious business outcomes.

Success in this role requires the ability to operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation, and talent transformation. You are equally comfortable discussing organizational design with a senior leader, workforce planning with a finance partner, and leadership effectiveness with an executive team.

If you thrive in complex global environments, enjoy challenging conventional thinking, and want a seat at the table where strategic business decisions are made, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with senior Technology and Product leaders to shape and execute people strategies that accelerate business performance

  • Lead complex organizational transformations associated with growth, restructuring, and new operating models
  • Use data, market insights, and business context to identify workforce risks and opportunities and influence executive decision making
  • Drive strategies that strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture
  • Partner across Integrated Talent Solutions, Total Rewards, Workforce Insights, People Experience to deliver on the talent strategy
  • Coach executives and leadership teams through change, ambiguity, and organizational growth
  • Anticipate future talent and capability needs in a rapidly evolving technology landscape, including AI-enabled ways of working
  • Influence outcomes through credibility, business acumen, and strong relationships rather than formal authority

What Makes You Successful
  • You think like a business leader first and an HR leader second
  • You quickly build credibility with senior executives and are viewed as a trusted advisor
  • You can translate business strategy into practical talent actions
  • You bring a systems-thinking mindset and understand how talent, organization design, leadership, culture, and business performance connect
  • You are comfortable working through ambiguity and helping others do the same
  • You challenge leaders when needed while maintaining strong partnerships
  • You have a bias for action and focus on outcomes over process.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global Technology, Product, Engineering, Software Development, Platform, Infrastructure, AI, or R&D organizations
  • Demonstrated success partnering with VP, SVP, and C-level technology leaders
  • Strong experience leading organizational design, workforce transformation, and change management initiatives at scale
  • Proven ability to influence complex decisions through data, insights, and business acumen
  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed, global environment
