Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our
Career Consulting team at
Mercer. This role will be based in Seattle, WA and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients.
We will count on you to:- Dive into the latest HR technology trends, including AI, automation, and digital platforms, to help clients modernize their HR operations.
- Collaborate with clients and senior leaders to design and implement digital strategies that enhance employee experience and drive business success.

- Conduct research and analyze data to uncover opportunities for digital innovation in talent management, workforce planning, and HR service delivery.
- Support the development of compelling presentations and recommendations that translate complex technology concepts into actionable HR solutions.
- Participate in creative team sessions to brainstorm and co-create transformative HR digital initiatives.
What you need to have: - Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business, technology, or related fields.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships.
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,500 to $151,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
