About the Role

Are you an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact across the employee lifecycle? We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the employee experience across multiple U.S. and Canadian locations. This role blends strategic Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities with full-cycle Talent Acquisition, partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while attracting and hiring top talent. Success in this role is measured by the effectiveness of people strategies, leadership capability, talent outcomes, and measurable improvements in organizational performance.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with senior and operational leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, workforce demands, and growth priorities.
  • Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, team structure, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Provide guidance on change management initiatives, restructuring efforts, and organizational transitions.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, policy interpretation, accommodations, and terminations.
  • Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and influence leadership decision-making.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, including intake meetings, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, workforce planning support, and hiring recommendations.
  • Develop diverse talent pipelines through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, direct sourcing, and other strategic sourcing methods.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment practices through recruiting analytics, reporting, and stakeholder communications.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with 5 years Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP desired.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws, HR practices, and talent acquisition practices preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise on, develop, and execute talent strategies that attract, source, and hire high-performing talent.
  • Proficient at sourcing and building diverse talent pipelines across U.S. and Canadian markets.


Location

Current Location: Hopkins, MN

Compensation

The hiring base salary range for this position is < $101,900 - $140,140> annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
