Position Overview

We are looking for an HR Systems & Program Manager who combines HR technology expertise with strong program management and operational excellence capabilities. This role is responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and programs that support the employee lifecycle and enable a high-performing organization.

This role will serve as the primary owner of our HR technology ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and scalable people programs. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable configuring workflows in ADP Workforce Now, developing executive dashboards, leading cross-functional projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator and system owner for ADP Workforce Now and related HR platforms, including configuration, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Develop and execute the HR systems roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, automation, scalability, and user experience.
  • Maintain data integrity across all People systems through audits, process controls, reporting validation, and governance practices.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, workforce metrics, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Manage integrations between HR, payroll, finance, recruiting, and learning systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for HR systems, providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to managers and employees.
  • Evaluate, redesign, and automate HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
  • Maintain and support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations.
  • Partner with People Operations Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth onboarding, internal mobility, organizational changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead cross-functional People Operations projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Stay current on employment regulations and HR compliance requirements, translating changes into policies, processes, and system updates.
  • Support internal and external audits through accurate documentation, reporting, and records management.
  • Establish scalable processes and controls that support organizational growth while maintaining compliance and data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, SOPs, and training materials to support operational consistency.
  • Manage AI-enabled solutions and automation tools to streamline HR operations, reporting, employee support, and administrative processes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR Program Management roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering HRIS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience managing HR systems configurations, workflows, security roles, reporting, and integrations.
  • Experience providing governance and oversight of payroll operations, ensuring alignment between HR, Finance, and payroll processes while supporting compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools within HR operations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other high-growth operational environments.


Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $136,000 - $160,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can't quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
