Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, organizational performance, and long-term workforce needs.

  • Lead high-impact transformation initiatives that modernize HR processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience.

  • Drive organizational design and workforce planning efforts, identifying capability gaps, succession needs, and talent strategies that prepare the business for the future.

  • Shape leadership and talent programs by partnering with senior leaders on succession planning, high-potential development, and executive talent discussions.

  • Transform the HR operating model by improving service delivery, governance, HR technologies, and cross-functional ways of working.

  • Manage enterprise-wide projects that require collaboration across HR, operations, finance, and business leadership teams to deliver measurable business results.

  • Lead change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, structures, systems, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:
