The Opportunity

As a Workforce Technology - HR Strategy & Operations - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their HR functions, aligning them with business objectives and improving service quality. Within our HR Transformation and Technology practice, you will focus on optimizing HR processes, policies, and systems, providing guidance on HR transformation and technology implementation. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs and develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes and provide guidance on transformation and service delivery models. This position offers the opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.

What You Must Have

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
