DePuy Synthes is recruiting for anHR Specialist, locatedin Warsaw, Indiana.
The HR Specialist supports the management of employee and labor relations matters by providing guidance, case support, and analysis aligned with company policy and applicable employment laws. This role partners with HR, managers, and employees to help resolve workplace concerns, support investigations, and promote a fair, respectful, and compliant work environment. The position offershands‑onexposure to ER/LR practices within a global organization and playsan important rolein supporting workforce stability and trust inWarsaw and othersites.
Support Employee Relations and Labor relations activities, including intake, documentation, and coordination of cases.
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Typically4-6 years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, HR operations, or a related HR discipline.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000.00 - $170,000.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
