Job OverviewThe HR Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing talent, leadership development, and people initiatives across the Industrial Solutions Segment HR function. This role tracks and drives talent and leadership programs across four business units, maintains the operating rhythms that keep IS HR running effectively, and ensures consistent stakeholder communication and follow-through across all active initiatives.
Reporting to the VP HR for the Industrial Solutions Segment, this role partners closely with Segment Leadership, IS Talent Partner, BU HR leaders, and HRBPs to keep programs on track, governance structures in place, and communications timely and accurately.
What You Will OwnTalent Program Management & Execution- Drive and execute the Industrial Solutions Segment multi-BU leadership development program, including managing program timelines, tracking participant and vendor milestones, facilitating communications to participants, people managers, and HR leaders, and maintaining feedback and reporting cadences
- Manage the Talent Exposure Program across five business units, including coordinating the participant-leader matching process, supporting kickoff facilitation, managing in-program communications and check-ins, and tracking program progress
- Coordinate cross-BU skip-level roundtables, including scheduling, question consolidation, BU-specific logistics, and communications
- Support the cascade of Global Talent Management initiatives into the Industrial Solutions Segment, partnering with the Segment Talent Partner on planning and coordination across segment and BU-level execution
- Oversee vendor relationships and day-to-day coordination for external program partners
Governance & Operating Cadence- Own the Segment HR Monthly Leadership Call operating cadence, including agenda management, topic routing, facilitation support, and follow-up tracking
- Manage the Segment Inclusion & Diversity Council, including council member communications, executive team check-ins, and meeting facilitation
- Apply established governance frameworks consistently across Segment and BU programs
- Track program health across all active workstreams and flag risks or delays to the VP HR and relevant BU HR leaders in a timely manner
Reporting & Analytics- Partner with Segment Talent Partner on the quarterly talent scorecard process: pulling attrition and diversity data from HR dashboards, compiling segment-level reporting, preparing the commentary section, and presenting to VP HR for review and distribution
- Respond to ad hoc data and analytics requests from Segment Communications, the VP HR, and segment leadership, pulling data independently or coordinating with the analytics team as needed
- Support Industrial Solutions Segment engagement survey consolidation and reporting (Every Voice Counts)
Communications & Change Management Support- Develop and manage program communications across the full participant and stakeholder lifecycle, including launch communications, in-program updates, and close-out messaging
- Lead change management communications for segment-wide people initiatives in partnership with Segment Communications and BU HR leaders
- Support execution and change management for Global Talent Management initiatives as they roll out across the Industrial Solutions Segment
What your background should look likeRequired- 5-7 years of experience in HR program management, project management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing programs across complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management discipline: proven ability to manage timelines, track milestones, and keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills across a range of audiences, from frontline participants to segment leadership
- Comfortable pulling and working with people data (attrition, diversity metrics, engagement data) from HR dashboards and translating it into clear reporting
- Experience managing external vendors and tracking deliverables against program timelines
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $95,700 - $143,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
