Service Delivery Manager, HR Operations (SAP SuccessFactors)
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Job Type: Direct Hire
We are seeking a client-focused Service Delivery Manager, HR Operations to oversee the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors support and managed services. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence, SLA compliance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive operational success and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual commitments.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for service-related issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Monitor support cases and ensure client requests are addressed effectively and on schedule.
  • Lead regular client meetings to review performance, discuss priorities, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to align support strategies and upcoming activities.
  • Analyze service performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and client value.
  • Build strong client relationships and align service delivery with business objectives.
  • Provide proactive guidance regarding SAP HCM/SuccessFactors updates, releases, and key events.
  • Prepare and present service reports, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in service delivery management, client services, vendor management, or outsourced service operations.
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM solutions in a client-facing or service delivery capacity.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or administering SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM product offerings, release cycles, and annual roadmap activities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Kantata, or similar CRM/professional services automation platforms.
  • Background in HR technology consulting, managed services, or outsourced operations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
