As an HR Solutions Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for transforming how HR services are delivered across Capital Group. Success in this role requires strong people leadership, a passion for developing talent, and the ability to inspire teams through change while driving innovation at scale.

You will identify strategic opportunities to expand Global Shared Services' offerings, prepare your team, HR, and Capital Group for change, and implement centralized solutions that improve efficiency, increase direct access to information, and enhance the overall experience. As a forward-thinking leader, you'll think globally about process design, champion process improvement, technology adoption, AI-enabled solutions, and apply extensive knowledge of HR systems such as Workday to modernize workflows, improve service delivery, and create a more seamless associate experience.

You will lead multiple projects and transformation initiatives, establish success measures to track progress and outcomes, leverage data and technology to uncover actionable insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence. You are collaborative, influence effectively across functions, and make decisions with the broader interests of HR and Capital Group in mind.

• You are courageous in providing timely, constructive feedback, setting clear performance expectations, and holding yourself and others accountable for results.
• You are skilled in working with data and large datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and make recommendations that improve business outcomes, service delivery, and the associate experience.
• You are a skilled communicator who builds trust and credibility at all levels of the organization and thrives in collaborative environments by being authentic, respectful, and engaging.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $136,749-$218,798

Southern California Base Salary Range: $159,354-$254,966

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $131,003-$209,605

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $139,539-$223,262

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
