GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Human Resources Generalist II is responsible for leading end-to-end HR support across the entire team member life cycle while collaborating with applicable teams to advance HR initiatives, serving as a business partner to assess and implement organizational development and change that supports key business objectives. In this role, the HR Generalist II applies practical knowledge obtained through advanced education and work experience while managing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and development, retention strategies, and separation procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Directly partner with managers to enable improved leadership, enhanced HR credibility, and improved business performance.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for managers and team members from assigned teams.
  • Oversee recruitment by creating requisitions, screening applicants, managing the recruitment process, creating offer packages, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with EEO, state, and government regulations.
  • Participate in job evaluations and job description development; review local pay surveys and analyze pay data to support wage, benefit, and compensation programs.
  • Partner with and educate managers on appropriate feedback, documentation, and development of Parker team members; support use of learning pathways and succession planning.
  • Guide talent-related projects and processes, including talent reviews and performance assessments, while deploying talent management best practices.
  • Administer the Parker global engagement survey at division locations, promote participation, ensure access for all team members, and support engagement action planning.
  • Conduct timely investigations, including fact-finding, witness interviews, and recommendations for appropriate and equitable resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Counsel management on complex employee relations matters related to conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Lead organizational training efforts related to HR policies and practices, organizational development, and compliance.
  • Use analytics tools and dashboards to evaluate talent data, conduct analysis, prepare reports, and recommend key talent actions and improvements.
  • Facilitate communication and documentation during labor relations discussions and processes, if applicable.
  • Coordinate annual benefit program enrollment, team member engagement activities, and community service endeavors.
  • Lead or support High-Performance Teams and change management initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • HR certification in progress or completed beneficial (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Experience:
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience preferred Exposure to manufacturing environments
Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources functions with the ability to navigate organizational structures and influence stakeholders effectively.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation
  • Pay Range: $83250 to $138550 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
