About the Role

The Early Careers Coordinator will work on several Early Careers and Campus Recruitment initiatives across the firm's various departments (Equity Research, Sales and various Business Operations teams). This is a dynamic role which will experience extensive contact and partnership with employees of all levels at the firm, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Wolfe Research's campus recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting top talent for our Summer Internship Program, Wolfe Ascend Early Insights Diversity Program, and other early career initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of campus recruitment programs, including the summer internship program, on-campus recruiting events and internal networking sessions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all student inquiries about internship referrals and opportunities, application processes, and career development. Provide timely and informative responses and guidance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with college and university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through D&I Subcommittees and other related initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage logistics for student on-site visits and other group activities at the Wolfe HQ.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts, analyzing key metrics to optimize the strategy for future programs.
  • Assist with general recruitment coordination and other ad hoc activities, as needed.
  • Curiosity to learn more about payroll and benefits operations beyond Early Careers recruitment work

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 2026 graduate or 1-2 years of work experience
  • Strong team player and a passion for people with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office including the ability to run VLookups and Pivot Tables in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy, detail, and follow-up
  • Proactively handle regular activities without prompting
  • Exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor

At Wolfe Research we feel passionately about equal pay for equal work and pay transparency is an integral practice for that. The compensation for this role is market competitive with a base salary range of $80,000-$90,000. We intend to offer the selected candidate a base salary within this range, based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill set, job-related experience, and location. In addition, we offer an annual discretionary incentive bonus and competitive employee benefits including: medical, dental and vision coverage; life, accident and disability insurance. Wolfe also offers paid time off packages that include vacation, sick days/leave, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
