The District Manager, Human Resources at Prime Communications operates at the intersection of strategic support and transactional execution, ensuring that both long-term people strategies and day-to-day HR operations drive business success. This role partners with field leadership to translate strategy into action, while maintaining operational excellence across all locations in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
