Monroe Village/Village Point is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team!

Monroe Village/Village Point a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe Township, NJ is in search of a Human Resources Director to join our team! This key leadership role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, people-centered environment and understands the unique demands of the healthcare/senior living industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate payroll changes and assist with time and attendance issues.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Experience conducting investigations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage staff recognition/incentive programs.
  • Manage workers' compensation and disability claims.
  • Create a positive environment through employee events.
  • Assist in budgeting and workforce planning for the HR department.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus).
  • 2+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living.

Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of employment law/HR Compliance and experience with employee relations matters.
  • Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and timekeeping software.
  • Experience creating a positive work environment through employee-centric events.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
