This key leadership role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, people-centered environment and understands the unique demands of the healthcare/senior living industry.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate payroll changes and assist with time and attendance issues.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Experience conducting investigations.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage staff recognition/incentive programs.
- Manage workers' compensation and disability claims.
- Create a positive environment through employee events.
- Assist in budgeting and workforce planning for the HR department.
Required Experience:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus).
- 2+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
Qualifications:- Strong understanding of employment law/HR Compliance and experience with employee relations matters.
- Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and timekeeping software.
- Experience creating a positive work environment through employee-centric events.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 per year
