Position Description

The Human Resources Director serves as the senior HR leader, providing strategic direction and oversight of all human resources functions for a workforce of 600+ employees across multiple locations. This role partners closely with executive leadership to align human capital strategies with business objectives. The HR Director is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-impact HR practices across the organization.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 8-12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience leading HR functions in multi-site, operational environment preferred
  • Prior experience managing and developing HR teams preferred
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • Construction or similar field-based industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics (UKG preferred)
