Citi is looking for an experienced HR Delivery Manager at the Senior Vice President level to lead a team of HR professionals and drive the seamless delivery of HR services across a global, matrixed organization. In this senior role, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for HR service quality, stakeholder engagement, and operational performance across your designated client populations. Responsibilities- Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services across the full employee lifecycle, setting clear goals and maintaining accountability for team performance.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters, ensuring well-considered, consistent, and compliant outcomes for managers and employees.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and other HR Delivery Pillars and Disciplines to align HR priorities with business needs and ensure coordinated end-to-end delivery across regions and populations.
- Oversee and guide the execution of key HR programs including performance management, talent reviews, organizational design, year-end compensation, and employee listening initiatives.
- Own performance management for assigned portfolios, including KPIs, SLAs, TATs, volume trends, quality metrics, and risk indicators.
- Coach and develop HR team members through direct guidance, structured development, and ongoing feedback to build a high-performing, capable HR function.
- Advise senior business leaders on people management, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness to strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
- Manage risk across HR operations by ensuring all decisions and processes meet compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and Citi's internal policies, escalating issues with transparency where required.
Required Qualifications & Skills- 10 or more years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated seniority across generalist, advisory, or HR operations functions.
- Ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of HR professionals in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Skilled at building and sustaining productive working relationships with senior business leaders, cross-functional HR teams, and external stakeholders.
- Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in conversation, with the ability to translate complex HR matters into straightforward guidance for varied audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR programs and operational priorities concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Sound judgment in assessing risk, ensuring compliance, and making decisions that protect the organization and its people.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience operating within a global financial services or similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Familiarity with HR service delivery models, including shared services, COE partnerships, and tiered advisory structures.
