Full Job Description
The Securities Finance Product Solutions Delivery VP is a pivotal and strategic role responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to institutional clients. Securities Finance encompasses the Agency Securities Lending, Directed Agent Investment Services, and Collateral products within Citi Investor Services.

The Securities Finance Product Solutions Delivery VP operates as a key strategic partner, responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with institutional clients. This involves providing expert consultation on securities financing and collateral management to align with and exceed client objectives. A core aspect of the role is to drive innovation in client solutions by integrating advanced analytical capabilities, particularly those powered by Artificial Intelligence, to unlock new efficiencies and revenue streams. The Securities Finance Product Solutions Delivery VP will act as a central coordinator, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal departments to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Partnership: Act as a primary strategic advisor, engaging with institutional clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively identify opportunities within securities financing and collateral management.
  • Revenue & Liquidity Optimization: Lead discussions and implement strategies for clients aimed at maximizing alpha revenue generation, optimizing liquidity, and enhancing capital efficiency across their financing portfolios.
  • Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Advise clients on best-in-class operational practices, leveraging automation and process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce risk within their collateral management and financing operations.
  • AI & Data-Driven Solutions Leadership: Champion the adoption and application of AI-enabled platforms, machine learning insights, and advanced data analytics to provide clients with innovative solutions, predictive insights, and superior service levels.
  • Cross-Functional Team Orchestration: Coordinate and lead internal product, technology, operations, and control functions to develop and deliver integrated solutions that address complex client challenges and business objectives.
  • Relationship Management & Growth: Cultivate robust, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for deepening engagement and expanding product penetration.
  • Market & Regulatory Acumen: Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in securities financing and collateral management to proactively inform client strategies and internal product development.
  • Risk & Governance Stewardship: Lead by example in adhering to strong governance and control frameworks. Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance to ensure all client engagements and solutions comply with regulatory standards and firm policies, appropriately assessing risk/reward trade-offs.
  • Ethical Conduct & Compliance: Promote a culture of responsible finance, robust governance, ethical conduct, and adherence to Citi's Code of Conduct and all applicable policies and procedures. Obtain and maintain all required registrations and licenses.


Qualifications:
  • Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business including but not limited to: trading desks, operations, risk and controls
  • Functional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
