What You Will Do

HR Data Strategy & Infrastructure

  • Support and shape the vision and evolution of enterprise HR data infrastructure, including Workday, One Model, Power BI, and emerging platforms
  • Define and execute a scalable, AI-enabled HR data architecture, incorporating predictive insights, dashboards, and advanced reporting capabilities
  • Consolidate and standardize HR data to establish a single source of truth across systems (Workday, One Model, SharePoint, and external data sources)
  • Develop and maintain data quality, governance, and metric definition frameworks to ensure consistency, auditability, and trust in HR reporting
  • Lead continuous improvement of HR data systems, reporting structures, and analytic capabilities across platforms

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Compile and synthesize HR data and metrics from Workday, One Model, and additional enterprise and external sources to deliver insights to the CHRO and executive stakeholders
  • Design and deliver executive dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into workforce metrics such as headcount, hiring, attrition, engagement, and organizational health
  • Move beyond descriptive reporting to predictive analytics (e.g., attrition risk, hiring forecasts, workforce trends) and leading indicators
  • Create compelling data storyboards, presentations, and reporting templates to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership
  • Analyze internal and external benchmarks and best practices to inform strategic HR recommendations

Process Optimization & Business Impact

  • Drive actionable insights that optimize HR processes and improve human capital outcomes aligned to cost, quality, and efficiency goals
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR infrastructure and processes through data analysis, automation, and AI-driven insights
  • Support HR strategic initiatives, annual goals, and special projects through data analysis and trend evaluation
  • Assess and integrate cross-functional and line-of-business data into HR analytics to strengthen enterprise-wide insights

Platform Ownership & Vendor Partnership

  • Lead and enhance One Model platform capabilities, including AI integration, predictive analytics, and self-service analytics functionality
  • Partner with Workday and One Model vendors to advance data analysis, reporting enhancements, and AI-driven insights
  • Support implementation and optimization of HR systems and analytics tools across the organization
  • Oversee categorization and structuring of Workday reporting to improve usability, scalability, and access across HR

Enablement & Self-Service Analytics

  • Build and enable HR self-service analytics capabilities by developing frameworks, tools, and documentation
  • Educate HR team members on HR systems, reporting tools, and data usage, promoting data literacy and independence
  • Support Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR SMEs with report creation, metric definitions, and data implementation

Operational Support

  • Support the People Innovations, Analytics and Governance processes as needed, including backup for business-as-usual HR operations
  • Assist with data validation, reporting, and system support tied to core HR operations and processes

What You Have

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR data analysis, or people analytics with demonstrated impact on business decisions
  • Advanced expertise in Workday reporting (including calculated fields, Prism, Discovery Boards) and HRIS data structures
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, One Model dashboards) and building scalable reporting solutions
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations
  • Deep understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, and offboarding)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and process improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
  • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strongly Preferred

  • Workday certifications (Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Analytics, or Extend)
  • Experience with One Model or similar HR analytics platforms
  • Experience incorporating AI/ML techniques into analytics workflows
  • Familiarity with HR data governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise data integration
