A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for aHR Data Analyst

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 9 months
Location: Arlington Virginia

Role Overview

As a key contributor to our Total Rewards function, you'll transform complex datasets into powerful insights that shape our compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration programs. Your work will directly influence leadership decisions, ensuring our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and forward-thinking.

What You'll Drive
Data Analytics & Strategic Insights
  • Uncover meaningful patterns by diving deep into data across compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration.
  • Build intelligent models to evaluate:
    • Pay equity and market competitiveness
    • Benefits usage and cost optimization
    • Mobility program efficiency and ROI
  • Turn raw data into actionable recommendations that influence business strategy.
  • Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and finance teams to manage employee data, validate monthly billings, and support financial processing for group plans.

Storytelling Through Data
  • Craft compelling dashboards and presentations that resonate with senior leaders.
  • Translate numbers into narratives that:
    • Illuminate risks and opportunities
    • Guide decision-making
    • Align stakeholders with Total Rewards strategies
  • Support executive reviews, board-level discussions, and leadership forums with impactful insights.

Compensation & Benefits Strategy
  • Contribute to the design and evaluation of:
    • Salary structures
    • Incentive plans
    • Benefits offerings
  • Benchmark against market trends to keep programs competitive.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Mobility & Immigration Analytics
  • Provide analytical expertise on domestic and global mobility programs.
  • Assess immigration trends, costs, and vendor performance.
  • Recommend enhancements that balance employee experience with cost efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all Total Rewards programs align with regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Conduct pays equity reviews and monitors compliance across benefits, mobility, and immigration.
  • Support audits with strong documentation and proactively identify risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
  • Support broader HR initiatives with data-backed insights and strategic thinking.

What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or related field + 4 years of experience
    or MBA + 1 year of experience
  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems
  • Advanced Excel expertise and strong analytical capabilities
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for data analysis and research

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
