About This Position

The Human Resources Consultant at T. Rowe Price will work with the teams responsible for managing investment strategies, portfolios, research, and related business activities on behalf of the firm and its clients. You will help deliver people-focused solutions that support business priorities and create a positive associate experience. In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, HR colleagues, Centers of Expertise, and leaders to support HR programs, projects, and initiatives across the organization.

Role Summary

In this role, you will contribute to a variety of HR initiatives and help ensure programs are delivered effectively, consistently, and with strong attention to the needs of the business and associates. You will work independently, partner with stakeholders across HR and business teams, and help identify opportunities to make HR processes and programs more efficient and impactful.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Accountable For:

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support HR strategies, programs, and business priorities.

  • Support projects across multiple divisions, helping translate business and talent needs into practical HR solutions.

  • Coordinate and contribute to key HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, performance, compensation, leadership development, workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Use HR data, dashboards, and reporting to identify trends, support recommendations, and measure program effectiveness.

  • Help managers and associates navigate HR programs, practices, and resources, escalating more complex matters when needed.

  • Work with Centers of Expertise to support firm-wide initiatives and help drive adoption within Investments.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, resources, and the overall delivery of HR services.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience supporting HR programs, projects, or initiatives in a complex organization.

  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and deliver high-quality work.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfort using data, reporting, or analytics to support decisions and recommendations.

Preferred:

  • Broad understanding of HR practices such as talent management, performance management, organizational development, succession planning, and compensation.

  • Interest in learning about our business and applying that knowledge to support meaningful HR solutions.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, teams, or business areas.

  • Strong client service mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.

$87,000.00 - $148,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$95,500.00 - $163,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$108,000.00 - $185,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
