The role partners with medical and administrative leadership on workforce planning, talent retention, and employee engagement initiatives to support clinical delivery. By leveraging staffing data and healthcare market insights, the position influences operational decisions and guides change management across assigned units. Ultimately, this role executes HR programs that foster a high-performance culture focused on patient-centered care.
Annual Salary: $71,032.00 - $104,769.60QualificationsEducation:- Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and progressively responsible experience.
Experience:- Requires a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources, Business or related experience that demonstrates a level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Certification/Licensure:- Prefer a Human Resources certification from HRCI or SHRM.
