As the HR Business Partner for the US division at HITEC Power Protection, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will partner with management to develop and implement effective HR policies and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of our US operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. You will act as a resource for employees, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also involve analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve overall workforce effectiveness.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the global HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws, as well as drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations and organizational development
  • In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and confidentiality
