Key RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with a
strong HR Generalist background and mandatory manufacturing/plant experience.
Candidates should have experience with:
- HR Business Partner or HR Manager responsibilities within a manufacturing/plant environment
- Supporting plant leadership and manufacturing employees
- Employee onboarding, retention, interviewing, and recruiting
- Leading complex HR projects from initiation through completion
- HR process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation
- SOP development/redesign and process implementation
- HR metrics, KPIs, and data analysis
- Strategic planning and translating business objectives into HR initiatives
- Stakeholder management and employee relations
- Mentoring and developing junior HR team members
