Position: Architecture Intermediate Designer - Oakland, CA
Location: Oakland, CA
Salary Range:$85K
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional architectural design experience.
- Strong conceptual and schematic design portfolio.
- Experience with zoning, planning, and entitlement processes, preferably in urban/mixed-use projects.
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited architecture program.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools such as Enscape.
- Strong graphic presentation, communication, and design skills.
- Experience across capacity studies, concept design, schematic design, entitlements, DD, CDs, and CA.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior designers.
- Familiarity with zoning, accessibility, building codes, and construction methods.
- Architectural license is preferred but not required.
