Full Job Description
Position: Architecture Intermediate Designer - Oakland, CA
Location: Oakland, CA
Salary Range:$85K

Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional architectural design experience.
  • Strong conceptual and schematic design portfolio.
  • Experience with zoning, planning, and entitlement processes, preferably in urban/mixed-use projects.
  • B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited architecture program.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools such as Enscape.
  • Strong graphic presentation, communication, and design skills.
  • Experience across capacity studies, concept design, schematic design, entitlements, DD, CDs, and CA.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior designers.
  • Familiarity with zoning, accessibility, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Architectural license is preferred but not required.
