Work Location: Atlanta, GA - Clifton Rd.

Description

Emory Healthcare is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to work within an assigned Emory Healthcare operating unit and/or division. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR services, support, and consultation to our internal stakeholders in an onsite capacity. Your primary focus will be on culture/engagement, talent management, organizational development, change management and HR best practices. This individual will be a liaison across across HRBP and HR COE's for effective HR solutions in alignment with HR procedures and policies. Please note, this is an onsite position in Atlanta - Clifton Rd. location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Talent Management:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development
    • Assist in the shared execution with leaders of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching
  • Organizational Development:
    • Work with leadership to assess organizational needs and propose HR solutions that support business objectives in alignment with overall People, processes, and strategy
    • Drive initiatives related to company culture that promote a positive work environment creating a sense of belonging and boosting team effectiveness.
  • HR Consultation:
    • Offer expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee development
    • Stay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Data Analysis:
    • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and decision-making
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and employee documentation
    • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years experience in a HR BP role focused on: culture/engagement, talent management, organizational development, change management and HR best practices.
  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare and/or complex matrixed organizations
  • Multiple Stakeholder Management
  • Change Management and Continuous improvement (certifications and experience in implementation of such)
  • Exemplary communication skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • A combination other education and related professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in HR, with at least three (3) years as an HR Business Partner or HR Service Delivery Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems, Change management and project management skills
