You will combine disciplined execution with strategic insight to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen talent outcomes, and enhance employee engagement across a globally distributed engineering and corporate portfolio spanning multiple countries.

As a valued member of a collaborative and high-performing HR Business Partner organization, you will contribute both hands-on and strategically, ensuring HR priorities are aligned with business goals and grounded in data-driven insights. This role reports to the Director, HR Business Partners, and operates as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-level scope and influence.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Deliver With Discipline and Rigor
  • Drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with PR&D and G&A organizational and business-unit objectives, ensuring commitments translate into measurable outcomes.
  • Manage responsibilities autonomously while maintaining high standards, monitoring progress, and adapting approaches as needed
  • Execute annual compensation processes (salary planning, bonus, RSU) for the supported population, partnering with Total Rewards on market data, strategy, and recommendations.

Collaborate to Realize Value
  • Partner with VP-level PR&D and G&A leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, thought partnership, coaching, and data-informed recommendations that shape enterprise-level people strategy.
  • Build strong networks across teams, functions, and geographies; proactively share information and collaborate to deliver results efficiently across a portfolio spanning 10+ countries with varied labor laws and cultural norms.
  • Work closely with Geographic HRBPs, HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Growth, Total Rewards), and HRGO to align and execute global strategies consistently.

Fuel Growth Through Customer Focus
  • Provide analytical insights to support each function's people and culture strategy; connect talent priorities with business needs across both technical R&D engineering and corporate G&A environments.
  • Help senior leaders navigate organizational dynamics, including org design, spans & layers, role clarity, and team structures to make talent decisions that improve team effectiveness and enhance the customer experience.
  • Leverage HR analytics to diagnose organizational health, identify retention risks, and provide data-informed recommendations that shape workforce strategy.

Innovate for Impact
  • Lead core talent management processes, including succession planning, 9-box calibrations, performance management, high-potential identification, and leadership development - in partnership with internal and external COEs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, introduce new tools or approaches, and accelerate talent outcomes with agility.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise programs (e.g., Success Model, engagement surveys, career development frameworks) within the supported functions.

Unlock the Power of the Team
  • Drive engagement initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture, including active contribution to PR&D culture transformation efforts.
  • Communicate with clarity and credibility; coach VP-level leaders and their teams to elevate collaboration, shared goals, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment laws.
  • Guide leaders and teams through organizational transitions, restructures, integration activities, and change management with confidence and strategic foresight.
