Title: Associate or HR Business Partner

Who You Are: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing support to leaders and team members across an assigned market, state, or business function. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted HR resource, partnering with operational leaders to support employee relations, performance management, engagement, compliance, workforce planning, and HR operations.

What You'll Do:- Partner with leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace concerns
- Support performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and talent development initiatives
- Champion employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
- Facilitate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and HR systems support
- Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations teams on employee support matters
- Support leave administration, accommodations, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes
- Analyze workforce data and identify trends related to turnover, attendance, engagement, and staffing
- Conduct field visits to strengthen relationships and support business needs
- Assist with organizational changes, workforce planning, and HR projects
What You'll Bring:- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, compliance, or HR generalist functions
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and fact-finding
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Even Better If:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or progress toward HR certification
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Knowledge of leave administration, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes
- Experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries
- Exposure to unionized environments or labor relations is a plus
