Responsibilities

  • Offer performance management guidance to line management through coaching and counseling.

  • Support recruitment activities by briefing recruiters and participating in candidate evaluation.

Job Summary HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a generalist role that will act as a strategic advisor, aligning employee growth with business operational goals. They will plan, coordinate and direct programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance. This role will drive organizational activities in several areas ( Training, development, compensation, performance) to boost retention and productivity throughout the organization. Duties and Responsibilities • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all plant functional area and streamline processes across all North America plants • Identify skill gaps and develop employee training programs through on-site workshops, on-the-job training and e-learning platforms • Conducts collaborative meetings with plant leadership (Plant GM, Department Managers, HR Manager, and OHSE Manager) to align training programs with continuous improvement initiatives and business alignment • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development). • Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics and key performing indicators • Assists plant leadership and site HR Manager with guidance and input on business unit restructures, and workforce planning. • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and follows up to ensure training objectives are met. • Reviewing job description to ensure they adequately describe open positions. • Support recruitment activities, including briefing recruiters on staffing needs, screening and interviewing process, feedback to candidates. Audit WD as needed. • Writing and revising HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals. • Manages data analytics / HR KPIs across the region • Manages recognition and shop floor incentive program • Participates in regional and global projects as required • Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or Organization psychology. Experience: 5 years to 7 years of progressive HR experience as HR generalist or specialist of proven track records directly supporting management and leaders. Experience in supporting Print and/or Manufacturing business units preferred Key Competencies - - - - - - - - - - HR capabilities as generalist Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance Strong oral communication to work effectively with management and HR professionals Problem solving skills to find solutions for organizational problems Time management skills to mee key deadlines Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Project management skills to direct HR initiatives Facilitation skills to train and motivate employees Written communication skills to produce job descriptions, policies and other documents Computer skills to use word processing, excel spreadsheets and Presentations.
