JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic expert in the field of psychometric assessments to join our centralized global Assessments Team as a Vice President, Analytics Solutions Manager for HR Assessments. In this role, you will empower the firm to make faster, data-driven talent decisions through valid, fair, and compliant skills assessments. As an Analytics Solutions Manager - Vice President within our Assessment Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our firm's talent assessment strategy by collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead the design, development, validation, and implementation of cutting-edge assessment and selection tools for our tech, data and product roles. Our assessment tools are designed and calibrated to enhance user experience, improve job performance, boost retention,  and drive key business metrics and recruitment efficiency. Your expertise will ensure these assessments are valid, fair and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and meet objectives and key results (OKRs).


Job Responsibilities

  • Build stakeholder relationships and conduct needs assessments to help shape the vision and develop innovative solutions for assessments in tech that align with talent strategy.
  • Lead job analysis, assessment design, validation, and ongoing evaluation of hiring assessments against OKRs.
  • Collaborate closely with assessment vendor(s) and cross functional teams, including product management, engineering, change management, training, legal and compliance teams on the design and implementation of assessments.
  • Create data tools and engage in analytics to monitor metrics and track progress.
  • Stay updated on technological and regulatory developments in the assessment field, and the evolution of jobs and skills in tech roles.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency for users and the business.
  • Draft assessment documentation and enablement materials including technical reports, executive summaries, training materials, standard operating procedures, and implementation guides.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related discipline.

  • Experience leading large, complex, selection assessment projects involving job analysis, content and criterion validation, adverse impact analyses, and ongoing statistical evaluation.

  • Experience launching new assessments including integration, UAT, change management, and training.

  • Knowledge of assessment and AI-related laws/regulations, EEOC, UGESP, and OFCCP guidelines, and experience working with legal and compliance teams to evaluate assessments. 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in varying ways, depending on the audience and need.

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to coach and develop others to support the development of high-performing teams.

  • Understanding of advanced quantitative analyses/statistics, and working with data and analytic teams to conduct, review and interpret results.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of technical skills for tech roles such as coding and developer skills, including perspective on effective ways to assess for these skills.

  • Experience working in a product environment.

  • Experience working with large, heavily-regulated corporate entities.

  • Experience with assessing for technology roles such as software engineers.
