We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering transformation and reinvention projects for major clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams, building trusted client relationships, and turning ambitious ideas into tangible results.
Depending on the nature of the assignments, some engagements may require the flexibility to work with clients across a variety of industries and the ability to collaborate effectively in both French and English. Some engagements may also be subject to specific requirements, such as security clearance, depending on the clients' needs.
The Opportunity:As an HR and Talents of the Future, Manager, you'll work as part of a team that helps HR functions and organizations solve complex business issues, from strategy to execution. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-value projects, combining excellence in execution, business acumen, team leadership, and the ability to create distinctive customer experience.
You will contribute to:
Engagement Delivery: - Lead the delivery of organizational, HR, operational, or technology transformation projects, ensuring structured, collaborative, and results-oriented execution.
- Quickly establish credibility with clients by demonstrating a keen understanding of their business challenges, organizational context, and the people impacts associated with transformation initiatives.
- Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Lead engagement teams on a day-to-day basis, setting priorities, ensuring alignment across work streams, and fostering an environment where team members can contribute to their fullest potential.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, managers, HR teams, operational teams, and technology teams.
- Anticipate delivery risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure clear and effective project governance.
- Translate complex business issues into simple, pragmatic, and actionable recommendations for executive-level audiences.
- Contribute to a broad range of engagements spanning HR and talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational diagnostics, HR technology deployment, process optimization, adoption of new technologies, the impact of AI on work, and workforce skills evolution.
- Support the design and facilitation of client workshops, fostering engagement, decision-making clarity, and ownership of outcomes.
- Ensure a distinctive customer experience by demonstrating sound judgment, proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistently, even in ambiguous or rapidly evolving contexts.
Internal Leadership and Team Development - Play an active role in the development, coaching and mentoring of team members.
- Help build a team culture grounded in collaboration, learning, trust, accountability, and excellence in delivery.
- Help develop scalable methods, tools, approaches, and content to enhance the efficiency and quality of our projects.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities with clients, contributing to proposal efforts, and engaging in strategic growth discussions.
- Develop and share your expertise in areas such as HR transformation, employee experience, operating models, HR and emerging technologies, productivity, AI applied to work, or new ways of working.
- Collaborate with local, national, and global PwC teams to bring together the best expertise for the benefit of clients.

- The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada.

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
