Job OverviewThe HR Analyst provides analysis, coordination, and advice to support employee well-being and absence programs.
You will:
- Help run day-to-day program activities
- Analyze data and report on trends
- Support projects and new initiatives
- Work with partners across HR and external vendors
This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work across multiple priorities.
What You'll DoProgram Support & Coordination- Support day-to-day delivery of well-being, absence, and employee programs
- Track requests, manage shared inboxes, and follow up on tasks
- Help improve how programs run by identifying gaps or inefficiencies
Analysis & Reporting- Collect and analyze data from different sources
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Share insights and recommendations with Program Managers
Projects & Program Delivery- Support projects and new program launches
- Help test, implement, and improve processes
- Assist in creating training materials, guides, and presentations
Stakeholder & Partner Support- Work with internal teams (HR, Communications, Finance, etc.)
- Coordinate with external vendors who support programs
- Build strong working relationships to support program delivery
Employee Engagement & Communications- Help maintain internal web pages and program content
- Coordinate translations and updates
- Support events, webinars, and employee campaigns
Community & Ambassador Program Support- Help run employee ambassador programs (employee volunteers who promote well-being)
- Maintain membership lists and respond to questions
- Support onboarding and engagement activities
What You Bring- Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting benefits or well-being programs is an asset
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and explain what it means
- Problem-solving skills and good judgment
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working with different teams and partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with reporting tools or dashboards is an asset
