Job Overview

The HR Analyst provides analysis, coordination, and advice to support employee well-being and absence programs.

You will:
  • Help run day-to-day program activities
  • Analyze data and report on trends
  • Support projects and new initiatives
  • Work with partners across HR and external vendors


This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work across multiple priorities.

What You'll Do

Program Support & Coordination
  • Support day-to-day delivery of well-being, absence, and employee programs
  • Track requests, manage shared inboxes, and follow up on tasks
  • Help improve how programs run by identifying gaps or inefficiencies


Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze data from different sources
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support dashboards, reports, and presentations
  • Share insights and recommendations with Program Managers


Projects & Program Delivery
  • Support projects and new program launches
  • Help test, implement, and improve processes
  • Assist in creating training materials, guides, and presentations


Stakeholder & Partner Support
  • Work with internal teams (HR, Communications, Finance, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external vendors who support programs
  • Build strong working relationships to support program delivery


Employee Engagement & Communications
  • Help maintain internal web pages and program content
  • Coordinate translations and updates
  • Support events, webinars, and employee campaigns


Community & Ambassador Program Support
  • Help run employee ambassador programs (employee volunteers who promote well-being)
  • Maintain membership lists and respond to questions
  • Support onboarding and engagement activities


What You Bring
  • Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting benefits or well-being programs is an asset
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and explain what it means
  • Problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with different teams and partners
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience with reporting tools or dashboards is an asset
