Job Summary
• This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop and execute GTM plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also involves tracking program performance against benchmarks and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. Additionally, the role includes managing messaging consistency, executing customer segmentation strategies, and leading marketing operations activities.
Responsibilities
• Collaborates with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and external agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets.
• Participates in developing and securing approval for comprehensive GTM plans and budgets that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Tracks and reports on program performance against benchmarks, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develops and communicates closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, identifying key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
• Manages and monitors the delivery of predetermined messaging and content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Executes and monitors predetermined customer segmentation strategies and experience plans, to enhance customer engagement and drive targeted marketing efforts.
• Collaborates with the sales team to assist in the development of sales training materials, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
• Leads marketing operations activities like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc. as directed.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, channel, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $77,950 to $102,000 CAD annually. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.
As a full time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company's group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefits-will be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
