HP App Revenue Activation Program Manager
Description -HP is hiring a Program Manager to drive operational business management and lead the revenue activation workstream within HP's end-user app. This position requires an individual who can drive revenue through digital touchpoints, guide complex multi-business initiatives, and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams from scoping through implementation and ongoing operations. As the HP App Revenue Activation Program Manager, you will manage a highly visible, pan-HP workstream focused on strengthening customer engagement, increasing usage and value perception, and enabling compelling revenue activation opportunities. This role requires independent judgment to determine effective approaches for advancing program objectives and close partnership with teams across the business to shape required capabilities and operational processes informed by channels such as HPSA and the HP Store. This role is also responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, synthesizing insights, and communicating results, risks, and recommendations to program stakeholders on a regular cadence.
You will work closely with organizations such as Business Units, Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management teams to understand engagement mechanisms and craft a cohesive strategy for revenue generation through app-based interactions. You will also partner directly with the Managing Editor of the HP app to build and execute the revenue strategy. In this role, you will develop repeatable processes that evolve revenue activation hypotheses from test to scale in a data-informed manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the HP app revenue activation workstream, ensuring strong operational business management across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, HP Store, and other monetizing teams to define and document initial capabilities and requirements.
- Assess current revenue performance across existing apps and create a plan to capture and grow that revenue within the HP app.
- Develop and refine governance processes that support effective decision making, KPI tracking, reporting, and test-and-scale methodologies.
- Catalog and leverage engagement and monetization mechanisms used across HPSA, HP Smart, and other digital assets to inform monetization opportunities.
- Collaborate with hardware, services, CRM, and product leaders to generate and refine hypotheses on what drives value perception for different customer segments.
- Communicate program progress, risks, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- PMP/PMI certified preferred
- Typically, 10+ years of applicable experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED- Demonstrated history of program management excellence with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in data-informed decision making.
- Proven business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy, with successful experience guiding programs that span multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
- Experience contributing to revenue-generating initiatives at scale.
- Track record of innovation, including developing or improving technical, operational, or program management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to clearly communicate program plans, tradeoffs, and results, and to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
