Responsibilities RN House Supervisor (12 Hour Day Shift)The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging in age from preschool through geriatrics. This position is also responsible, along with Nurse Managers, for the monthly collection of data related to Core Measures and responsible for submitting this information in a timely manner to the Director of PI/Compliance.
Must be available to attend the Full Hospital and Departmental orientations: Week 1: Monday -Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM; Week 2: Monday - Thursday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Benefits & Rewards Highlights:

Qualifications Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited program in professional nursing is preferred; or equivalent combination of related education and experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in an acute hospital setting; preferably in a psychiatric facility. Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requiremen ts : CPR certification and training in appropriate use of seclusion and restraints (CPI) prior to on the unit orientation; must pass a medication administration exam.
