Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our House Supervisor, you will be a pivotal clinical leader, primarily overseeing and coordinating comprehensive care delivery across all clinical areas during designated shifts.

Every day, you'll serve as in-house administration for after hours/weekends, assuming delegated nursing administrative responsibilities. You'll assist directors, monitor productivity, and act as a crucial communication link. You'll also operationalize strategic initiatives and model ethical management, supporting our mission.

To thrive in this vital role, you'll combine strong clinical expertise with exceptional administrative acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure, fostering high-quality patient care and organizational integrity.
  • Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members.
  • Allocate and direct staffing needs to meet patient, unit, and department needs, and collaborate with others to ensure overall staffing needs are met.
  • Responsible for the coordination and support of patient activity and safe practices in all clinical areas on the designated shift.
  • Oversight for placement of all admissions on designated shift.
  • Responsible for facilitating unit triaging during times of peak census.


Job Requirements

Required
  • Bachelors Of Science in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • 3 to 5 years of clinical experience
