Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our House Supervisor, you will be a pivotal clinical leader, primarily overseeing and coordinating comprehensive care delivery across all clinical areas during designated shifts.
Every day, you'll serve as in-house administration for after hours/weekends, assuming delegated nursing administrative responsibilities. You'll assist directors, monitor productivity, and act as a crucial communication link. You'll also operationalize strategic initiatives and model ethical management, supporting our mission.

- Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members.
- Allocate and direct staffing needs to meet patient, unit, and department needs, and collaborate with others to ensure overall staffing needs are met.
- Responsible for the coordination and support of patient activity and safe practices in all clinical areas on the designated shift.
- Oversight for placement of all admissions on designated shift.
- Responsible for facilitating unit triaging during times of peak census.
Job RequirementsRequired- Bachelors Of Science in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- 3 to 5 years of clinical experience
