About the Job

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, sales, finances, Restaurant and bar, and all event centers. The hotel is 284 units with 20k sqft of convention center and banquet space. Hotel has a lot of potential need the right leader
  • Build and support a strong, motivated team through hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere by upholding excellent guest relations and customer service.
  • Implement smart revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Conduct night audits and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist international guests with multilingual communication skills (a plus!)
  • Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.


What We're Looking For:

  • A hospitality professional with proven experience in hotel management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and motivating teams.
  • Knowledge of human resources, revenue management, and night audit procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a hands-on approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Budgeting and financial management expertise.
