UNC Health Wayne is looking for BC/BE hospitalist to join the growing Hospital Medicine program in Goldsboro, NC. This position involves delivering high-quality, team-based inpatient services. Goldsboro is located one hour east of Raleigh, the vibrant state capital, and 90 minutes from the NC coast. Schedule: 7am-7pm (7days on and 7days off)

• 38 Emergency Beds
• 4 Trauma beds
• 4 Behavioral Health Beds
• 15 Bed ICU
• 8 Bed Labor and Delivery Unit
• 26 Bed Nursery
• 22 Bed Behavioral Health Unit

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy school
• Internal Medicine Residency preferred
• BC/BE

High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Internal Medicine.
