full-time or part-time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners for our
nocturnist role. A n
octurnist role requires working exclusively working overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:- Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
- Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows
- Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center
Qualifications:- Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.
- Active California license preferred.
- Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:- We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in a nocturnist role.
- 7 on/7 off schedule.
- Shifts are 12 hours in length; 12 pm -12 am and 1 pm - 1 am.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete admissions for hospitalist service.
- No procedures required.
- Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.
- Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
- Utilize Epic EMR.

Rewards and Compensation:- Annual compensation of $175,000 - $180,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
