Full Job Description
The Hospitalist will provide inpatient care to adult hematology and oncology patients, including admissions, cross-coverage, acute clinical evaluation, and coordination with Hospital Medicine and specialty teams. The role offers an opportunity to join and help shape a growing hospitalist program within Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and its affiliated hospitals, with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care and collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.

The Hospitalist will provide inpatient care to adult hematology and oncology patients, including admissions, cross-coverage, acute clinical evaluation, and coordination with Hospital Medicine and specialty teams. The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications.

For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
