The CTCC department provides a distinctive opportunity for team members to lead through collaboration with each unit in prioritizing patient flow, triaging operational issues or clinical staffing areas of concern, and organizing overall daily staffing resources within one of the largest pediatric health systems in the United States. We value teamwork, open communication, safety and respect. We embrace an environment that encourages learning and professional growth. Our team is committed to providing excellent care to our patients and families.
