Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience; 10+ years in senior healthcare leadership is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operating Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACH) and/or Acute Rehabilitation Units.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurer processes.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and ensure accountability for hospital operations adhering to Landmark Hospitals' policies.
• Oversee financial performance including collections, expenditures, and cash flow.
• Ensure facility safety, compliance, and adequate risk management insurance.
• Cultivate and enhance referral relationships with partner hospitals to boost admissions.
• Recruit, develop, and engage a high-performing healthcare team focused on patient care.
• Maintain strategic relationships with hospital staff, corporate leadership, and the community.
• Act as the liaison between the Board of Directors and Medical Staff.
