VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center is seeking an experienced and driven Hospital Administrator to lead one of the region's most advanced specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals. Working alongside an exceptional team of specialists, emergency clinicians, and leaders, you will help shape the future of patient care, team development, operational excellence, and hospital growth.

About the Role

As Hospital Administrator, you will serve as the operational leader of the hospital, partnering closely with Medical Directors and department leaders to deliver exceptional patient care, develop high-performing teams, and drive business results.

This is an opportunity to lead a complex, fast-paced referral center where your leadership will directly impact Associates, clients, patients, and the veterinary profession.

Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or a multi-department service organization.

  • Specialty, emergency, or referral hospital experience is a plus.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
