What You'll Do - Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in homes and facilities
- Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized plans of care
- Manage pain and symptoms to ensure comfort and dignity
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Support and educate patients and families throughout the care journey
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise hospice aides (bi-weekly visits)
- Travel daily within the service area
What You Bring - Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of nursing experience (required)
- Additional experience in home health, med-surg, critical care, or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A compassionate, dependable approach to patient and family care
- Ability and willingness to travel (mileage reimbursed)
Schedule & Compensation - Full-time, 32-40 hours per week
- Day Shift (weekday schedule)
- On-Call Rotation: After-hours plus 1 weekend per month
- Pay: $38.00 - $40.00/hour (based on experience & licensure)
