Description Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing & Rehab Location: Wellspring Lutheran Services Skilled Nursing & Rehab - Frankenmuth
Position Type: Full-Time (Nights) or Per Diem | Hourly
What You'll Do - Deliver high-quality nursing care that honors resident rights, dignity, and individuality.
- Complete daily resident assessments and document physical and emotional well-being.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
- Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes.
- Provide supervision and support to unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures.
- Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs.
What You Bring - Current Michigan RN license (required).
- Graduation from an accredited RN program.
- Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med-surg, critical care, or similar).

Schedule & Compensation Full-Time (Night Shift) or
Per Diem (Day or Night) Shifts: - Days: 6:30 am - 7:00 pm
- Nights: 6:30 pm - 7:00 am
Weekends: Every other weekend for full-time roles
Pay: $37.40 - 40.65/hour (based on licensure)
Differentials: - +$5.00/hour for Night Shift
- +$1.00/hour for Per Diem
