Position SummaryThe Hospice Marketing Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships throughout Franklin and Adams Counties. This individual will educate healthcare professionals and community partners about Serenity Hospice services while serving as a trusted resource for patients, families, and referral sources.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers.
- Increase hospice referrals through community outreach and relationship building.
- Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and benefits.
- Conduct presentations, networking events, and community education programs.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Maintain accurate referral activity and documentation.
- Represent Serenity Hospice with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
Qualifications- Previous healthcare marketing, hospice, home health, pharmaceutical, or medical sales experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout Franklin and Adams Counties.
