About the JobHospice Marketing/Executive Director.
Location: Midland, TX.
What You'll Do:- Build and strengthen referral partnerships throughout the community.
- Serve as the face of Concho Hearts Hospice in your service area.
- Visit providers, facilities, and community partners to share our mission and services.
- Lead educational in-services and outreach events.
- Help families understand hospice care and what to expect.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions from hospital or facility to home.
- Support the growth and success of your location through strong leadership and communication.
