We9re hiring an Executive Director (Administrator) - a strategic and compassionate leader who oversees hospice operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports interdisciplinary teams. What You9ll Be Doing:
  • Understand and practice the mission, principles, and values of Silverado
  • Organize and direct all services and functions of the Silverado Hospice program
  • Collaborate with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure effective management of the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Maintain and evaluate the hospice program in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor the annual program budget
  • Maintain written service agreements with approved providers to meet the needs of patients and families

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor9s degree or higher in a health-related field
  • Certificate in Hospice Management preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-time supervisory or management experience
  • Experience must be within the past five (5) year
  • Associates in driving-required roles must maintain a valid and active driver9s license; failure to do so may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination per company policy
  • Valid driver9s license and clean driving record required
  • Background in hospice, home health, a primary care clinic, or another healthcare setting
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs

Anticipated pay range

$160,000-$180,000 USD
