What You9ll Be Doing- Serve as an advocate for patients from pre-admission through discharge from medical facilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to source hospice referrals from healthcare providers
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and consent forms with patients and families
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to evaluate hospice eligibility
- Support the Hospice service line in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Promote Silverado9s mission and values through community engagement and public relations
Qualifications- LVN or RN license preferred, but not required
- Knowledge and experience working with hospice patients and families, professionally or as a volunteer, highly preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening
- Valid driver9s license and clean driving record required
- Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
- Reliable transportation required

Anticipated pay range
$87,000-$90,000 USD
