Full Job Description
Clinical Director - Seasons Tulsa

Salary: DOE

As Clinical Director, you will ensure patient care is coordinated, delivered appropriately, and aligned with hospice philosophy and regulatory standards.

You will:

  • Review referrals and assess eligibility in collaboration with the Medical Director.
  • Assign, support, and mentor interdisciplinary clinical staff.
  • Conduct home visits, record reviews, and case conferences to ensure high-quality care.
  • Guide clinicians in establishing therapeutic goals and individualized plans of care.
  • Lead QAPI and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.


This is a hands-on leadership role - not just oversight, but mentorship and clinical partnership.

Who You Are
  • Licensed RN with current Oklahoma licensure.
  • Hospice or home care experience (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong in pain and symptom management.
  • Grounded in hospice philosophy - comfort, dignity, autonomy, quality of life.
  • Collaborative and interdisciplinary by nature.
  • Knowledgeable in grief, anticipatory loss, and end-of-life dynamics.
  • A confident communicator who leads with clarity and compassion.
