Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HOPEX v6 Developer to design, customize, and enhance the HOPEX Enterprise Architecture platform supporting Global Enterprise Architecture Repository (GEAR). This role is responsible for developing enterprise architecture solutions, configuring metadata models, automating workflows, building reports, and integrating HOPEX with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HOPEX development, enterprise architecture tools, platform administration, and repository governance.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize HOPEX v6 solutions to support enterprise architecture and repository management.
• Configure and maintain custom meta-models, meta-classes, meta-attributes, object types, relationships, and architecture diagrams within HOPEX.
• Design and implement workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation solutions using HOPEX configuration tools.
• Develop scripts, extensions, and automation using VBScript, JavaScript, Java, and other supported scripting technologies.
• Customize and develop reports using HOPEX reporting tools, SQL, GraphQL, and Enterprise Repository Query Language (ERQL).
• Develop and support integrations between HOPEX and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, CMDB, ERP systems, and other business applications.
• Configure and maintain the HOPEX Web Front-End to support enterprise architecture users and business stakeholders.
• Utilize HOPEX APIs and REST APIs to implement integrations and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, IT Governance teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise architecture solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, user support, training, and platform documentation.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and reporting issues while implementing performance improvements.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance policies, and repository management best practices.
• Support continuous platform enhancements and evaluate new HOPEX capabilities to improve enterprise architecture processes.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HOPEX development and Enterprise Architecture tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with HOPEX v6 development and customization.
• Experience configuring HOPEX meta-models, meta-classes, meta-attributes, object types, relationships, and architecture diagrams.
• Experience developing and configuring HOPEX workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HOPEX Web Front-End administration and customization.
• Experience using HOPEX APIs, REST APIs, SQL, GraphQL, and ERQL.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, VBScript, and other scripting languages.
• Experience integrating HOPEX with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, CMDB, ERP platforms, or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, governance frameworks, and repository management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
